Ann is serving her second term in the State House. She is the House Chair for the State & Local Government committee, and has previously served on the Legislature's Taxation Committee.

Currently serving as the chair of the board of Penquis Community Action Program, Ann has also served on the Knox County School Budget Committee, St. George School Budget Committee, as South Thomaston town adminstrator and worked with the Rockland city manager.

Ann's legislative priorities in decided to run is to expand education and economic opportunities in the district and be a voice for coastal and fishing communities
